[概念]

人(ren)力資(zi)源派(pai)遣的具體用(yong)工方式是由(you)用(yong)人(ren)單位(wei)通(tong)過我(wo)公司(si)選聘(pin)用(yong)人(ren)單位(wei)所需員工,并由(you)我(wo)公司(si)分(fen)別與用(yong)人(ren)單位(wei)和(he)派(pai)遣人(ren)員簽訂派(pai)遣協議和(he)勞動合(he)同(tong),以規范三方在派(pai)遣期間的權(quan)利和(he)義務。同(tong)時通(tong)過我(wo)公司(si)為所聘(pin)人(ren)員發放薪酬,代(dai)辦(ban)社(she)會(hui)保險(xian),托(tuo)管(guan)檔案(an)等。
